Oracle AI World will take place from October 25 to 28, 2026, at The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas.
-
Oracle AI World brings together Oracle’s global community of customers and partners to explore the company’s latest AI-driven products and technology innovations. All training, demo, lab, customer, and other sessions are focused on Oracle products and technologies.
-
Oracle AI World registration includes access to the mainstage keynotes, learning and panel sessions, hands-on labs, product boot camps, product showcases, theater sessions, meetups, the AI World Hub, AI World Orientation, conference meals, the welcome reception, The Party (some exclusions apply), and 30 days of On Air access after the event. Some pass types don't include access to The Party.
Registration also includes access to the SuiteWorld mainstage keynotes and SuiteWorld Expo. Early registrants receive Oracle University digital training and certification access from the time they register through December 31, 2026. Optional pre-event training is available as an add-on for $795.
-
See the agenda on the Oracle AI World homepage. During the event, the agenda will also be available on the Oracle Events mobile app.
-
Yes, Oracle will offer a limited digital Oracle AI World experience, available for 30 days after the event.
-
Session attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Favoriting a session in the app catalog doesn’t guarantee a seat. Go-live dates for the app and session builder will be posted closer to the event.
-
Oracle will deploy multiple layers of physical security and screening at all event entrances. Report issues to onsite security or the Oracle Global Physical Security team at eventssecurity_gps_ww_grp@oracle.com. During the event, you can easily find security information by scanning the QR code on the front of your badge.
-
Prayer/meditation rooms, lactation rooms, and all-gender restrooms will be available. Oracle will also provide accessible transportation on demand from conference hotels to The Venetian Convention and Expo Center, ASL interpretation in the keynote hall and at The Party, assisted listening devices (on request), accessible seating for attendees, and accessible stages for presenters. Indicate your needs during registration and review the ADA terms and conditions. To request ASL interpretation outside keynotes, assisted listening devices, or other accommodations, indicate your needs during registration and email oracleaiworld@regsvcoracle.com at least 14 days before arrival.
-
Breakfast and lunch are included on main conference days. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free meals are part of the standard menus and noted on menu cards. Halal and kosher preferences can be indicated during registration; bring your specialty meal email to the specialty pickup area. Quantities are limited and not guaranteed.
-
Oracle AI World incorporates sustainability practices such as reduced printed collateral, reusable and recyclable booth materials, water refill stations, compostable serviceware, and badge/lanyard recycling.
-
Yes, water refill stations will be available onsite to help reduce single-use plastic waste.
-
Where possible, leftover food and supplies are donated, and certain signage, vinyl, and fabric materials are reused or upcycled.
-
No, neither a record of your attendance nor CPE credits are offered.
-
A limited number of guest passes for The Party (Tuesday evening) may be available on a first-come, first-served basis for general attendees, executive program participants, and media/analysts. Sponsors, booth staff, Oracle employees, and public sector registrants are not eligible to purchase guest passes.
-
The AI World Orientation is a 45-minute session on Sunday, October 25—the day before the main event begins and the first day you can pick up your badge. It includes a 20-minute presentation on key things to see/do, followed by a 25-minute group tour of the venue. It will be offered multiple times throughout the day. No advance registration is needed—just pick up your badge and join in.

Registration
-
Visit the Passes and Pricing page, choose your pass type, and click Register now. You must create or sign in with an Oracle Account to register.
-
See the Passes and Pricing page for a list of benefits (for example, party access, partner sessions, digital experience access). Some sessions, such as pre-event training, require an additional purchase and have limited capacity.
-
Oracle’s definition of public sector includes traditional government and certain state-owned entities (such as those where a government has 30% or more ownership/control). To qualify, show an employer-issued ID (or proof of government employment) and a government-issued photo ID at check-in. If documentation isn’t provided at badge pickup, you may be required to upgrade onsite to the general attendee rate to access the event.
Public sector attendees are not eligible to use complimentary, group, or third-party-funded passes. If your public sector status changes after you register, contact the registration team to update your classification and settle any differences before the event.
-
Yes, the group pass purchase program allows a group to prepay for five or more registrations at once. Public sector attendees aren’t eligible for the group pass offer but may qualify for the public sector rate. The 2026 group pass program launch date is Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Purchase group passes from the Passes and Pricing page and review the full program terms and conditions before buying.
-
A designated purchaser buys five or more passes, then invites team members via the group portal to complete their own registrations using their Oracle Accounts. Quantities can’t be reduced after purchase; adding more passes may require a separate transaction. Previously completed individual registrations generally can’t be moved into a group order.
-
No, a single-day pass is not available.
-
Payment in US dollars can be made during registration via credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa), checks payable to Oracle America, Inc., or wire transfer. To pay by check or wire, select that option at checkout to generate an invoice with instructions. Processing for checks/wires can take 3 to 10 business days (or longer internationally). Your registration is confirmed once payment is posted. Split payments across multiple credit cards aren’t supported. For check/wire details, email oracleaiworld@regsvcoracle.com.
-
Contact the registration team. Depending on status, you may need to cancel and reregister. For VAT/TIN/EIN or legal-entity changes on invoices, contact the team to reissue the invoice. Hotel deposit and folio receipts are issued by the hotel.
-
Visit the Help with Your Oracle Account page for troubleshooting options or to file a help request. Tips: Use Google Chrome, clear your cache/cookies, try an incognito/private window, and make sure you’re signing in with the same email used for registration/assigned to your pass. If you have two Oracle Accounts, request an account merge via Oracle Account Help before registering to avoid duplicate profiles. If issues persist, you may contact Oracle Support via the chat icon on Oracle.com or by phone (numbers vary by location and are available on the Oracle Support site). You may also contact your Oracle account manager or sales representative for assistance.
If you can’t proceed in the portal (for example, the Continue button is disabled or you receive error messages), try using Chrome, clear your cache/cookies, use an incognito window, and verify that only one Oracle Account is associated with your email. If issues persist, contact the registration team.
-
A copy of your settled invoice is attached to your registration confirmation email. If you need another copy, contact the registration and housing team at +1.510.925.4090 or oracleaiworld@regsvcoracle.com. Company details (legal entity, VAT/tax ID, billing address) can be updated on your invoice by contacting the registration team; some fields may require reissuing the invoice.

Complimentary passes are generally non-transferable. Executive program and certain invitation-based passes may not be transferable.

Accommodations and travel
-
Oracle has reserved discounted room blocks at Harrah's Las Vegas, The Linq, The Palazzo at the Venetian Resort, and The Venetian. To be eligible for discounted rates, you must be a registered attendee and book your room directly through the attendee portal. Discounted rates aren’t available if you book directly with the hotel.
-
Discounted rates are available until respective cut off date, or until the discounted rooms sell out. Prices (excluding 13.38% city tax, subject to change) are as follows:
- Harrah’s Las Vegas: from $229/night, plus a $27 daily resort fee until September 21, 2026
- The Linq: from $229/night, plus a $27 daily resort fee until September 21, 2026
- The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort: from $369/night, plus a $45 daily resort fee until September 25, 2026
- The Venetian: from $369/night, plus a $45 daily resort fee until September 25, 2026
Additional charges may apply if you exceed the double occupancy limit.
-
Log in to the attendee portal to book or modify a reservation. You must be a registered attendee to use the housing portal. If housing blocks are closed or inventory is sold out, contact the property directly for availability. Book first, then request extensions/adjustments directly with the hotel. After you receive your hotel confirmation email with your confirmation number (typically about 2 weeks prior to the event), name, date, and credit card changes are handled by the hotel.
-
Discounted rates are available until each property’s cutoff date or until inventory sells out, whichever comes first. After the cutoff date, room rates are determined by the hotels.
-
Cancellations of an entire reservation generally must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s room charge and tax. If you depart earlier than planned, update your reservation before the hotel's cutoff. After the cutoff or after check-in, early departure fees may apply. Confirm specific 2026 hotel penalty windows in your hotel’s confirmation email.
-
If you don’t arrive on your scheduled arrival date, the hotel may cancel the entire reservation and may not be able to reinstate it (or may reinstate it only at the prevailing market rate). A penalty of one night’s room and tax at the group rate may apply.
-
If housing is closed or inventory is sold out, contact the property directly for availability. Discounted conference rates aren’t guaranteed outside the housing portal and after the cutoff date.
-
Yes, you must enter a credit card number during the reservation process to make any reservations within the Oracle AI World housing block.
-
Yes. If the card used as a guarantee isn’t in your name, the cardholder must be present at check-in, or an authorization must be set up with the hotel prior to arrival.
-
Hotels do their best to accommodate special requests, but fulfillment is based on availability at check-in and isn’t guaranteed. For ADA-related needs, indicate your request during registration and contact the hotel after receiving your confirmation number.
-
Nightly room rates don’t include resort fees. Additional charges may apply if you exceed double occupancy. Guest rooms must have one registered guest of at least 21 years of age. All lodging reservations and expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. Oracle employees, contractors, and partners aren’t authorized to facilitate or pay for lodging expenses for non-employees unless preapproved in writing under Oracle’s nonemployee travel process.
-
See the planning guide for a map showing hotel locations in relation to The Venetian Convention and Expo Center.
-
Yes, all reservations made within the Oracle AI World housing block will be confirmed via a separate hotel confirmation email. Your hotel details and confirmation number will be sent two weeks prior to the event.
-
Contact the Oracle AI World registration and housing team, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, at +1.510.925.4090 or oracleaiworld@regsvcoracle.com
